Legislative Affairs advocates for ODOT before the Ohio Legislature. The division is responsible for fostering positive working relationships among legislators and their staff; monitoring transportation-related bills throughout the legislative process; handling constituent casework in relation to ODOT projects and programs; and ensuring that legislative initiatives related to ODOT are consistent with the Governor's policies and goals.
