OTIM (Ohio Traffic Incident Management) – Training for Contractors

Ohio's Traffic Incident Management (OTIM) Program training is a requirement for Contractors whose project contains Section/Plan Note 642-45 ODOT Traffic Engineering Manual Part 6.  Completing this training will meet the training requirement under this Section/Plan Note.

Please understand completing this training is only a component of your responsibilities under the plan note.  Failure to perform requirements of the plan note will result in a fine but may also result in being removed from the Ohio TIM trained individuals list (at the sole discretion of the Ohio TIM Executive Committee).
