Request for Applications

The Ohio Department of Transportation released a Request for Application for the Maritime Assistance Program (MAP) on August 16th, 2021.

Applications should be submitted at https://odot.formstack.com/forms/map. A detailed description of program and application requirements can be found below. Applicants will be given 60 days to submit eligible projects. Deadline for final submission will be 4:00 pm, October 15, 2021. No application will be accepted after this date/time. Any questions should be emailed to Statewide.Planning@dot.ohio.gov and answers to all questions will be posted on this website.
