Consultants must obtain prequalification status from ODOT to be eligible to do work on ODOT projects. This requires Consultants to demonstrate their technical proficiency in performing Professional Services; additionally, the firms must comply with all Federal and State laws, regulations, and guidance regarding the receipt and use of public funds (i.e., financial and regulatory compliance).
