Intended to be a well-sourced library for doing business with and for ODOT, this gateway of the website gathers key documents that support the department’s programs and processes. Here, we catalog most of our  manuals,  templates and forms,  standard construction drawings,  specifications, and other significant publications from across our offices and divisions.

This gateway supersedes the Design Reference Resource Center and the Construction Reference Resource Center from our previous website. However, the gateway is meant to be just as valuable and easy to use. Publications are still sorted based on the major disciplines of the project development process:  Planning,  Engineering, and  Construction. Key publications from additional offices and divisions, like  Finance and  Operations, are also housed here.
