Due to the COVID-19 situation:
As a result of the State of Ohio working hard to contain COVID-19, Gov. Mike DeWine has strongly advised state agencies to postpone large gatherings of constituent groups or employees. We are following these guidelines and are therefore encouraging you to use the online forms on this page to submit your certification documents.
