Local Public Agency (LPA) Auditing
ODOT is responsible for oversight and monitoring of its LPA subrecipients to assure accurate financial reporting.

The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is a recipient of Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Federal funds. Some of these FHWA funds are subawarded to Ohio Local Public Agencies (LPAs) for a variety of local projects. In accordance with 2 CFR §200.331, ODOT is responsible for oversight and monitoring of subrecipients to assure accurate reporting.
