TRAC meets monthly for regularly scheduled meetings and working sessions.  Meeting agenda is closely related to the annual application cycle.  As part of the application process, TRAC conducts public hearings across the state to provide project sponsors with the opportunity to convey project information, funding requests and supplemental information about their respective projects that may not be captured as part of the on-line application process.

Unless otherwise noted, all TRAC Meetings are held at ODOT Headquarters, 1980 West Broad Street, Columbus in ODOT Room GA and begin at 10 a.m. As meetings are held, agendas and minutes are posted underneath the meeting date.

In an effort to protect the health of Ohioans, and in accordance with the executive orders issued by the Governor of the State of Ohio and the Director of the Ohio Department of Health, the Transportation Review Advisory Council (TRAC) will host the April 22, 2020 meeting online. Interested parties will need to register to attend this event. Registration will provide access to audio and the materials discussed during the meeting.
