This major rehabilitation project includes the reconstruction of State Route 800 and State Route 212 from Dover to the Tuscarawas/Stark County line by rubblizing the existing concrete base in sections and constructing a new asphalt pavement to the existing surface of the roadway. Work also includes asphalt resurfacing from the City of Dover to the Dover Dam and within the village of Mineral City.

All closures are complete for 2021, however, there will be a future closure of SR 800 in 2022. Details for that closure will be released in the Spring of 2022.

The contractor will begin resurfacing work in mid-August from Dover to the Stark/Tuscarawas County line. During this work, traffic will be maintained via flaggers.

The completion date for the entire project is October 31, 2022.
